After the sealed package is opened, 104° to 113°F (40° to 45°C) of heat is produced through a non-toxic oxidation process involving natural, environmentally safe ingredients (ie, iron, water, activated carbon, and oxygen). Provides over 20 hours of warmth. Excellent for use in warming the abdomen, back, feet, neck, and hands. Larger Kanlisha Hot Packs measure 3.5" x 4.5" and come in a package of 5.
