Qchart 5.5 Practice Management Software

Qchart 5.5 is a convenient practice-management program with a full database. Program contains many new features from Qchart 4.0, including Computer Diagnosis System and Electronic Claim function (with new HCFA forms including NPI fields). The Comprehensive Diagnosis System allows you to easily input symptoms, then receive a diagnosis with treatment options. Treatment plan includes recommended points (with images), Korean 4 needle technique points, and herbal formulas, and can be searched by disease or pattern identification. You can also import acupoints and herbal medication based on patient's history. For convenience, your patient's chart information automatically populates the HCFA form for Electronic Claims. Software is updated with new CPT Codes and Edit function as well.

The Qchart program also features Billing and Inventory Management, which are linked to a convenient inventory system that calculates and gives reorder comments automatically. Now you can easily monitor your inventory of supplies from your computer! Appointments are tracked in the software, and a Report menu can give you marketing data for each individual patient. Print mailing labels, or send emails with ease! You can also get accounting information such as total income, accounts Receivable, and sales tax for some period and SuperBill History. Program comes with 1 year free telephone technical support.
