The TDP CQ-36 Deluxe is the latest and most advanced TDP heat lamp featuring an unprecedented 3 minute warm-up time. At the core of this lamp are four ceramic cylinder heating elements that not only heat up in 3 minutes, but are also 14% more energy efficient than the traditional TDP lamps. This lamp also features a 6.5" dia heating head that allows for treatment of larger surface areas. A new digital display offers practitioners the ability to easily time treatments up to 95 minutes as well as keep track of lamp usage and alerts the user when the TDP element needs to be replaced.

While most lamps use a common infrared bulb, this stand-up floor unit features a "black body" emission heating plate which is coated with a proprietary mineral formulation consisting of 33 elements. When activated by the ceramic heating element, this mineral plate emits a special band of far infrared electromagnetic energy which penetrates deep into the human body. The human body (cells) has a higher absorption efficiency for far infrared energy than near infrared. The emission head can be positioned as low as 23" (for treating feet) to 60". Depending on the treated condition, repeated treatments of 20 to 40 minutes are recommended. Includes 5-point plastic base and improved wiring. Easy assembly. UL approved.
