New and improved design. Technique as developed by Dr. Manaka of Japan for Eight Extra Meridian and other special treatments. Proprietary, highly sensitive Germanium diodes within the connecting wires allow the body's potential current energy to flow only in one direction, thus balancing ionic flows and concentrations. The Manaka and Tai-Chi Ion Pumping Cords have standard alligator clips, while the Manaka Cords with Grasping Leads attach easily to the acupuncture needle through the small spring-loaded handles. Dr. Manaka’s Wooden Hammer is used for treating acupuncture or trigger points directly with the Wooden Needle (dowel), or by striking magnets, etc. Striking a magnet generates a short magnetic pulse. The flat striking surface of this hand crafted, 6.5" long cherry wood hammer is covered with leather to provide the correct percussion.

A device every Ion Pumping Cord user must have! The LED will light when the red and black leads on Ion Cords are connected to the red and black leads on Tester. When leads are reversed, the LED will not light up. Powered by two 1.5 volt AA or one 9 volt battery (not included).

Note: For the Manaka Ion Cords (Ion.Cord.M), a dim light may show on the LED when the clips are connected red-to-red and black-to-black. However, these cords are still functional - the battery in the tester is overpowering the sensitive diode.

Offering the same functionality and use as Ion Pumping Cords with two insulated hand probes, but without the use of needles. The red (+) and black (-) color coded probes are held on the two treatment points for 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Probes are 5" x 0.45" dia with connecting wire and contain highly sensitive proprietary Germanium diodes.

Palm-size, 2.3" x 4" x 1", dual channel unit contains the same diodes as used in Ion Pumping Cords. Device allows the use of any 3.5 mm jack alligator clip wires for Ion Pumping. Switches also allow for reversal of each channel - setting A results in a - black and + red clip; setting B results in a + black and - red clip. No battery required. Standard alligator clip wires (not included) are used with this unit and may be ordered separately.
