Economical pads contain 24 magnets in a 0.2" thick reinforced, soft foam sheet (12" x 18"). Each of these large 0.2" x 0.8" dia, dome shaped magnets is 1,000 gauss and all bionorth (-) pole (ie, biosouth is on the opposite side). May be placed under a blanket or chair cushion.
