You may place your order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How does the Shopping Cart work?
When you are shopping at LhasaOMS.com and add an item to your cart, it is saved in your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart holds products you wish to purchase while you shop, the same way you use a shopping cart in a retail store. Items you place in your Shopping Cart will remain there for a few hours after they are added.

What payment methods do you accept?
The only payment method currently accepted in the Lhasa OMS online store is credit card. We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Prepaid orders using personal or business check or money order payable in US funds are accepted if you place your order by phone, mail or fax.

When will my credit card be charged?
We do not think you should pay for your order until the items are actually on their way to you. Therefore, we will not bill you until you product(s) are actually shipped. If an item(s) are backordered and your items are shipped separately, you will be billed each time an item is shipped.

How will the charge appear on my credit card?
The charge will appear on your credit card as: "Lhasa OMS, Inc.".

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Applicable sales tax (5%) will be included on all orders shipped to customers within Massachusetts (MA). If you live outside MA, you will not be charged sales tax.

What address should I enter in the billing information fields?
For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Any non-matching information may delay order processing, as we will need to contact you to obtain the correct information.

How do I enter a shipping address?
During the checkout process, the order form will ask if you would like the product shipped to the same address as your billing address. If you do want us to use the same address for both, you should select the checkbox, found just below the billing information fields.
If you do not want the product shipped to the same address as your billing address, please leave the checkbox unselected and you will have the ability to enter a different shipping address at the bottom of the page.

Should I put spaces or dashes in the credit card number?
No. Your card number should be entered in as a continuous string of numbers without spaces.

What type of confirmation should I expect once I have placed an order?
Shortly after you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order, sent to the email address you supplied during the checkout process. This email will include your order number and order summary.

How long does it take to process an order?
We make every effort to ship purchases within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. Please use street addresses where possible; PO Boxes may delay delivery.
If an item(s) on your order is out of stock, it will be backordered and will be shipped to you with no additional shipping costs when we receive it.
