The only time we will use your information other than to process your order is if you authorize us to contact you with new product offerings and specials. You can authorize us to do this during your online checkout process or when requesting a catalog.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?

• When you order, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, profession, credit card number and expiration date so we can process and fulfill your order and send you an email with your order details.
• When you request a catalog, we need to know your name, email address, profession and mailing address so we can process and fulfill your catalog request.
• We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the website, new Lhasa OMS products and special offers we think you will find valuable. We'll do this only if you indicate it is acceptable for us to do this. You tell us it is acceptable to contact you in this manner by selecting a radio button during the catalog request process, ordering process or when you see us at tradeshows.

1. From the Tools menu, choose Internet Options
2. Choose the Privacy tab
3. Click the Default button, or move the slider to 'Medium High' or lower
4. Click OK

2. Go to the Privacy section and click Cookies
   
3. Select the checkbox marked 'Accept cookies from sites'
4. Click OK
