Please note that due to exclusive distributor agreements, SEIRIN acupuncture needles and some other products are not allowed for export outside of the United States.

What are the shipping and handling charges for my order?
We charge a flat shipping and handling rate for ground shipments in the US Lower 48 States, regardless of whether or not there is an item(s) on your order that may be backordered. For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, air shipment is required.
For air shipments, we calculate the shipping and handling charges based on the weight of the shipment. You can determine the air shipping charge by adding various products to your shopping cart.

When will my backorder ship?
While we try to keep ample stock of the products we carry, occasionally a product will be out-of-stock. Typically, these products will be delivered to you in a week or two. For overseas products, it may take longer. If your product is on backorder, we will automatically send out a replacement when the item is available. You will not be charged for the product until we ship it to you. Also, we do not charge shipping on backorders. Can I change my shipping address/method once I have submitted my order?
Unfortunately, once you submit an order, it is unavailable for changes. Once submitted, the order is quickly sent to our office, where it is processed and shipped out. You can attempt to telephone our office at 1-800-722-8775 to make alterations to your order, but there is no guarantee that it will be available.
