Can I order by phone?

To place an order by phone, please call 1 (800) 722-8775 Monday-Friday between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm (ET). You can also place orders by email info@lhasaoms.com, or fax 781-335-5779.

What are my delivery options?

We have several delivery options designed to meet your needs:

  • Fast & Free Delivery

    Orders of $250 or more automatically qualify, you will get your products in only 2 days,and the shipping cost is on us!
    For heavy items, they will be shipped via Standard, but there will still be no charge to you.

  • Flat Rate

    Flat-rate of $9.95 for Standard shipments regardless of order size.

  • Expedited Shipping

    Depending on your needs you can pick 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.

When will my order ship?

All orders placed by 6:30 PM (ET) Monday – Friday are usually shipped the same day (excluding holidays), however orders may take 24 business hours to ship. Please note shipping and transit days DO NOT include weekends or holidays, all orders will be delivered Monday - Friday. Additional notes about shipping:

  • Orders shipped via USPS and Next Day Delivery must be placed by 5 PM (ET) due to our daily pick-up time for these services.
  • Any item that is drop shipped from the manufacturer. The manufacturer's shipping policies apply.

Fast & Free Delivery FAQs

What is Fast & Free Delivery?

Fast & Free Delivery is a new program offered by Lhasa OMS. Now you can get the same trusted, quality products you have come to rely on in only 2-3 days -- and the shipping cost is on us! Simply purchase $250 or more per order and you will automatically qualify for our Fast & Free Delivery option. For heavy items, they will be shipped via Standard, but there will still be no charge to you. This program is only available for shipments made to addresses within the contiguous United States, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and international addresses.

How much does the Fast & Free Delivery Program cost?

There is no cost to you. For every order that is over $250, the shipping costs will be free. Online CEUs do not count toward Fast & Free delivery.

How will I know whether my product will ship 2-Day Delivery or Standard?

We will indicate the shipping method in your shopping cart. Additionally, all Standard shipped items will be indicated on those individual product pages.

What happens if I order on a weekend or major national holiday?

Orders placed on weekends or on major holidays will be shipped the following business day.

How do I track my order?

After you complete your order, you will be provided all associated shipping tracking codes associated with the order. You can track shipping progress through the shipping company’s site using the tracking codes provided. If you are registered with Lhasa OMS, all of your order and shipping details will be available under the “Your Account” section.

Why will my order come in multiple boxes?

This will depend on the type of products you order. Heavy items will be shipped via Standard and therefore require a separate box and tracking code. All of this information will be provided on checkout and available under the My Account section of our site (if you have created an account with Lhasa OMS).

Can I get rush air delivery on my order?

If your order does not qualify for our Fast & Free Delivery option or your needs require other delivery options, we do offer expedited shipping options for an additional cost. You are presented with the shipping costs during checkout and can choose the service that best meets your needs.

What form of payment does Lhasa OMS take?

Payment is by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover charge cards or PayPal. You will make this selection during the checkout process.

Does Lhasa OMS offer a warranty on products?

Our warranty for all durable products is 90 days unless noted on the Product Detail page. Most TENS and electroacupuncture machines will have a manufacturer’s warranty, longer than 90 days. Note that warranty does not cover damage from mishandling, dropping, or alterations.

How do I report damaged, incorrect, or missing items from my order?

Our goal is 100% accuracy when preparing your order for shipment. However, mistakes do occur infrequently. We ask that you inspect your shipment content within 72 hours of receiving your package(s) and report any inaccuracies, breakage, etc. within that 72 hour period. After 72 hours you accept the product as shipped, unless a product malfunctions and the manufacturer's warranty is valid.

Can I add to my order after it has been submitted online?

We apologize, unfortunately we can not make changes to any orders that have been submitted. However If you call customer service within 10 minutes of submitting your order we will make every effort to cancel you order so you can place a new order. Once an order has begun processing we can not edit or cancel the order.

What is the Lhasa OMS return policy?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If we made a mistake with your order, we will gladly accept the return within 30 days of invoice date - no hassles - and do our best to rectify the error. Returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) which can be obtained by calling our Customer Service department (1-800-722-8775).

Consumable Item Product Returns

The integrity of our products is paramount to Lhasa OMS. Expiration dates are only one of the methods we use to monitor the continued quality and safety of a product. Due to product safety concerns, we apologize but we are unable to accept returns for single herbs, herbal formulas, or CBD products when the product’s safety seal has been broken or freshness has been compromised. Creams and lotions can be the target of tampering and thus are not returnable. We apologize for any inconvenience this product safety policy causes. This policy is part of our on-going commitment to provide safe, high quality products.

State Sales Tax FAQ

Lhasa OMS is now required to collect sales tax from customers located in specific states. Below are some frequently asked questions about this topic.

Why am I being charged state sales tax?

The U.S. Supreme Court recently ruled in South Dakota v. Wayfair that states may charge tax on purchases made from out-of-state sellers, even if the seller does not have a physical presence in the taxing state. As states change their sales tax policies, Lhasa OMS is required to comply.

Which states are subject to tax?

At this time, Lhasa OMS is required to collect sales tax from customers located in the following states:

How is customer location determined?

Customer location, and subsequently the sales tax rate, is determined by your shipping address.

What are the applicable sales tax rates?

Your tax amount will be specific to the state in you have listed your billing address. Your tax amount is provided separately from the total price so that you may verify your rate. If you have any questions about a transaction or the tax charged, please contact our Customer Care team.

We're a non-profit, do we still have to pay sales tax?

We're required to collect sales tax from all customers located in states that require it, including non-profit companies and government agencies. If you are exempt from state sales tax, please provide applicable documentation to taxexempt@lhasaoms.com. We are required to have official documentation for our records if we do not charge sales tax.

How do I apply for a tax exempt certificate?
