In these interactive group sessions, participants will get a chance to discuss real cases with Moshe Heller and Stephen Cowan as well as invited guests. They are designed to generate a deeper analysis of the principles of Chinese Medicine Pediatrics and strengthen the practitioner's confidence in managing complex health problems in children.
Each session will target one specific subject in pediatrics. The session will start with an overview by Steven and Moshe to lay the theoretical basics of the discussion and then a review of case studies will follow.

Assessment of children and diagnosis of common pathologies
In these sessions, participants will get a chance to present real cases to Moshe Heller and Stephen Cowan as well as invited guests. They will generate deeper discussion of principles of Chinese Medicine Pediatrics and strengthen the practitioner's confidence in managing complex health problems in children. Each session will target one specific subject in pediatrics. The session will start with a presentation by Steven and Moshe to lay the theoretical basics of the discussion and then participants will be able to present cases. This session will focus on assessment of children and diagnosis of common pathologies.

About Stephen Cowan
Stephen Cowan MD is a board-certified pediatrician with over 30 years of clinical experience working with children. He has a subspecialty in Developmental Pediatrics and is a member of the American academy of medical acupuncture. Dr Cowan is author of Fire Child Water Child and has developed a unique holistic approach to evaluating and treating children struggling with chronic physical, emotional and cognitive disorders.
