This digital thermometer is ideal for screening temperatures before allowing entrance into premises, displaying accurate readings in one second on an LCD screen, sounding an alarm when a fever is detected, storing up to 20 sets of data, and shutting off automatically after inactivity. It uses an infrared sensor to scan the forehead without on-skin contact and can display results in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Thermometer uses 2 AAA batteries NOT included.
How to use:
Hold the "M" (mode) button for a short while to switch between forehead and object.
Hold the "sound" button down to switch between mute and unmute.
Point the temperature probe at the center of forehead or object with a distance of .5" - 2". Press and release the measure button. The temperature will be displayed on the screen instantly.
