Suggested Use
• Step One: Apply a small amount of oil or lotion to treatment area and press or squeeze the cup to create negative pressure required to create a seal/suction.
• Step Two: Apply the cup to the treatment area and once the right pressure is obtained, slide back and forth, push or pull, or simply leave it in place for stationary cupping.
• Step Three: To remove, gently pull the cup while placing a finger under the cup to release the pressure.

Safety Precautions: Wash with mild soap or detergent (dishwasher safe), dry, and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Before starting cupping therapy, consult with a qualified healthcare provider or a licensed cupping therapist. Do not use cups over areas with broken or bleeding skin, rashes, or infections. Do not use if you have a bleeding disorder like hemophilia or leukemia or are taking blood-thinning medication. Do not use over the abdomen during pregnancy. Do not cup over the eyes, ear, nose, mouth, superficial arteries like the neck or near sensitive areas of the body. Avoid any ulcers or deep vein thrombosis.
