This unique formula comes from Zhong Guo Zhong Yi Mi Fang Da Quan (“Chinese National Chinese Medical Secret Formulas,” Literary Publishing Co., Shanghai, 1992). Its herbs act to move the qi, quicken blood, transform stasis, clear heat, and resolve toxins. It is commonly used to reduced swelling and stop bleeding, pain, and itching.

From there he went on to become one of the best-known English language teachers, authors, and practitioners of Chinese medicine. Bob is an NCCA Diplomate of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs, a Fellow and Governor of the National Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and a founder, past president, and Lifetime Fellow of the Acupuncture Association of Colorado.
