Griffo Botanicals Go: for when you can't. With a soothing flavor of dried grass with dark, nutty notes, this herbal blend gently promotes digestion and keeps you regular. Available in jars containing 14 teabags.

Ingredients and their function:
• Fan Xie Ye - promotes peristalsis and stimulates the digestive tract
• Huo Ma Ren, Xing Ren, & Bai Zi Ren - guides downward, calms the spirit

Instructions
• Tea: Pour 8oz of boiling water over tea bag. Let steep for 6 minutes or more and enjoy. Each bag may be steeped up to three times with this method.
• Strong Tea: Place one tea bag in pot with 12oz water and bring to a boil. Simmer until 6oz remain and enjoy. Each bag may be steeped up to three times with this method.
