Get comfy when you're cold with Warm herbal tea from Griffo Botanicals. With a spicy, ginger flavor with peppery aromatics, this blend of three ginger herbs and sichuan peppercorns provides a warmth that permeates the body. Available in jars containing 14 teabags.

Ingredients and their function:
• Gan Jiang - dried ginger to warm the digestion
• Gao Liang Jiang - galanga to warm the digestion
• Jiang Huang - turmeric to warm the extremities
• Chuan Jiao - pepper to add a note of spiciness
Instructions
• Tea: Pour 8oz of boiling water over tea bag. Let steep for 6 minutes or more and enjoy. Each bag may be steeped up to three times with this method.
• Strong Tea: Place one tea bag in pot with 12oz water and bring to a boil. Simmer until 6oz remain and enjoy. Each bag may be steeped up to three times with this method.
• Soup/Bone Broth: Simmer 2-3 tea bags in 8 cups of liquid for 30 minutes or more.
