Directions For Use: 1. Clean and dry the ear thoroughly before application. 2. Using clean hands or tweezers, peel backing and ear seeds from the plastic holder. 3. Apply the adhesive side to the selected auricular point and press gently to secure. 4. Apply light pressure to the seed for 30-60 seconds throughout the day, as directed, or as desired. 5. Ear seeds may be worn for up to 3-5 days or as recommended by a qualified practitioner. 6. Remove gently and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
