Suggested Dosage: Always take 1-2 hours after the largest meal(s) of the day.
Week One: 1 capsule 2 times a day.
Week Two: 2 capsules 2 times a day until cholesterol is at desired levels.
Maintenance dosage: 1 capsule daily.
