Made with white tea leaves and buds picked at a young age, Prince of Peace White Tea goes through the Zhenge-style of processing which gives the tea a richer aroma, a fuller body, and a deeper dark color. This process also allows white tea to have a higher amount of antioxidants than green tea. A typical cup of white tea has about 10-20mg of caffeine; a cup of coffee ranges from 100-180mg.
Brewing Directions: Place one tea bag in a 6 fl. oz. cup, add hot water and let steep for 3-5 minutes before drinking. Sweeten to taste.
