Suggested Use: Apply small amount of massage oil to area to be cupped. Squeeze pump 2-3 times or to comfort level. If too tight or painful release pressure by gently pushing the pink valve to the side. Do not leave cups on for more than 5 minutes. Hydrate before and after cupping.

Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply cups to bruised or ulcerated skin. Be cautious with individuals taking blood thinning medication, with bleeding disorders, or allergic skin disorders. Do not use cups while pregnant.
