Solstice Medicine Company is a U.S.-based distributor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and herbal wellness products, founded over 40 years ago by Phillip So — originally to meet the needs of Chinese immigrant communities seeking familiar, natural remedies. Under current CEO Wina So-Tang, the company has grown from a small family business into one of the country’s most trusted Chinese-American natural medicine suppliers. Solstice Medicine emphasizes authenticity and safety: it sells only products it would use itself, works directly with manufacturers to ensure compliance with U.S. regulations (including U.S. FDA facility registration and proper labeling), and enforces contracts prohibiting counterfeit goods. Their commitment to heritage and integrity — combining ancestral TCM wisdom with modern quality-control standards — underpins their mission to make high-quality, traditional herbal medicines accessible to a broad, health-conscious public in the United States and beyond.
